The A&S8320 calibre unveils its curves, apertures and details within a 41.5 mm case in either red gold (5N) or platinum (PT 950), each released in a run of 28 timepieces. Encased in this precious housing, Arnold & Son’s flying tourbillon stands out for its finesse and precision. Finesse, because at just 3.3 mm thick, it is one of the slimmest skeleton tourbillon calibres in existence. Precision, because this one-minute flying tourbillon is assembled with a variable-inertia balance for enhanced calibration stability.

The omnipresent grey of titanium extends into the sunray-brushed grey of the "Magnetic Silver" dial. Chronodate Titanium expresses its technical sophistication in an ensemble where deep black contrasts with a hint of red. With this ultra-sporty, understated and intense new colour scheme, Chronodate Titanium catches the eye, fixes it and draws it towards the horizon.

Angelus introduces a new shade of its self-winding chronograph with peripheral date. Chronodate welcomes the silver-grey "Magnetic Silver" in a tone-on-tone effect. The harmonious blend between titanium case, titanium bracelet or black rubber strap, rhodium-plated hands and the dial surface creates a technical monochrome impression. Powerful and plentiful, the waves of Perpetual Moon 38 Night Tide herald heavy seas. In the blue of the night, the tide is at its highest, and so are the rollers. Swiss independent watch brand Armin Strom celebrates the 15th anniversary of its fully-integrated Manufacture by reimagining its most historically significant innovation, the resonance complication, in an entirely new Dual Time GMT Resonance First Edition. The new timepiece is presented in a hotly-anticipated 39-mm case size made in 18-karat white gold and limited to 25 pieces.

Moonlight illuminates a botanical green dial. The “Fern Green” version of Perpetual Moon 41.5 borrows the cool tones of the moon. The paleness of the platinum, the freshness of the fern green, and the midnight blue of the sky create an original flow of colours.

Its hue is inspired by the unique colour of the fern, an undergrowth plant found in abundance in the English gardens of Cornwall, the county where John Arnold was born.

Instrument de Vitesse, a new opus in the La Fabrique collection, revives the golden age of timed races. This single push-piece chronograph seems to have been plucked from the dashboard of a vintage GT car. It is equipped with a single timing hand – the centre seconds hand – and can time a maximum of one minute. With its sleek and refined retro sports look, Instrument de Vitesse is intended for enthusiasts of watchmaking history and culture. Housed in a 39-mm steel case, its 4.20 mm manually wound Manufacture calibre ensures that the finished timepiece is less than 10 mm thick. Instrument de Vitesse is available with an ivory-white or ebony-black dial in two limited series of 25 timepieces each.

Appearances can sometimes be deceptive. At first glance, Instrument de Vitesse does not appear to be a classic chronograph. With its three central hands, it looks like a watch... with three hands, but the tachymeter scale running around the outer edge of the dial reveals its chronometric function. For this is a chronograph presented in its purest expression, dedicated to timing short bursts – a measuring instrument designed to take average speed readings over a maximum of 60 seconds. This, in turn, casts new light on the crown, which also acts as the chronograph’s single push-piece to set the slender centre seconds hand in motion.
