The ReSec Snake coils into view within a 42mm titanium case, coated with a mesmerizing color-changing PVD-coating that shifts from emerald green to turquoise, depending on the light. Paired with a contrasting white rubber strap, the Snake wraps around the wrist with smooth, tactile elegance.

But the true venom lies beneath the sapphire crystal. A green CVD-coated dial, hand-guillochéd in the Lucerne Atelier, pulses with depth and hypnotic texture. It’s a dial that doesn’t just tell time — it seduces it.

Take a closer look, and the architecture reveals itself: the iconic 3D regulator layout of the ReSec series slithers across the dial, framed by green hour and minute rings and a retrograde second display, like the flick of a serpent’s tongue. Chronoswiss expands its avant‑garde Space Timer collection with the new SPACE TIMER GRAVITY, a 44mm mechanical creation inspired by the invisible yet powerful force of gravity. Limited to 50 pieces, the watch transforms cosmic phenomena into a visually architectural dial experience.

A Dial Where Light, Matter, and Mechanics Interact
The dial features a partly hand‑guilloché surface finished with a colour‑shifting CVD coating that transitions between deep green and oceanic blue depending on light — evoking the sensation of viewing a planet from orbit. A striking moon at 9 o’clock is produced through sophisticated laser work based on an original NASA photograph, revealing cratered textures with exceptional depth.

Floating above the landscape are transparent ITR2 hour and date rings that appear suspended in orbit. Beneath them, the exposed gear train is framed by a baby‑blue bridge, echoing the hue of the seconds hand and adding contemporary contrast to the cosmic scene.

The year 2026 marks a historic milestone for the Moritz Grossmann manufactory in Glashütte, as it celebrates the 200th birthday of its visionary founder and namesake, born on March 27, 1826. A genius watchmaker, scientist, author, and initiator of the German Watchmaking School, Grossmann profoundly shaped the craft of horology and the fate of his hometown. Rather than merely imitating historical concepts, the modern manufactory honors his legacy by blending his cutting-edge philosophy with modern engineering. This dedication to technological perfection and exceptional aesthetics cements its place among the world's elite elite watchmakers.

To commemorate this bicentennial occasion, the brand has unveiled its third anniversary special edition: the TEFNUT Silver-Plated by Friction. Debuting on April 29, 2026, this launch presents an exclusive premiere for collectors—the very first time that the sleek TEFNUT model is made available in a stunning 750/000 yellow gold case, alongside a 750/000 white gold version. Both variations pay homage to their heritage by incorporating an "1826" engraving on the balance cock and showcasing a vintage 1875 "M. GROSSMANN" logo on the dial.

At the heart of the timepiece lies the ultra-flat manufactory calibre 102.1, a hand-wound movement measuring just 4 mm in height and 26 mm in diameter. This compact footprint enables the watch to retain its remarkably elegant, low-profile silhouette. The calibre embodies classic Grossmann pillar movement architecture with a 3/5 plate, incorporating his signature raised gold chatons, an optimized mainspring barrel with bilateral jewel bearings, and a stepped balance cock with a micrometer screw. Each component is meticulously hand-finished to ensure absolute technical and visual distinctiveness.

The defining aesthetic feature of this model is its striking dial, which boasts a rare "silver-plated by friction" finish. Executed entirely by hand in the brand's ateliers, a master artisan brushes a specialized paste of silver powder, salt, cream of tartar, and water onto the brass surface to create a velvety, fine-grained texture that beautifully diffuses light. To provide a contemporary contrast, the numerals, minute scale, and historic logo are rendered in a vibrant green hue. Hovering above are extraordinarily fine, hand-crafted lance-shaped hands, polished in gold for the yellow gold model and annealed to a brown-violet tone for the white gold edition. Greubel Forsey introduces the final and most exclusive editions of the Balancier Convexe S²: one in black ceramic with 5N red gold, and one in white ceramic, each strictly limited to 11 pieces.
These editions conclude a calibre developed through five years of mechanical and architectural exploration, with production set to cease permanently in 2026.

The Convexe case (41.5 mm) and movement were conceived as a single architectural whole, integrating Greubel Forsey’s signature 30° inclined balance wheel system as the visual and chronometric centre. The openworked movement features 301 components, including a 68‑part escapement platform, and is powered by two rapid-rotation coaxial barrels delivering a 72‑hour chronometric reserve.

Finishing remains uncompromising: frosted titanium bridges, polished bevels, hand‑finished countersinks, and meticulous transitions — even on invisible components.
