Moritz Grossmann was not only a master horologist but a visionary scientist and author who forever changed the landscape of Glashütte watchmaking. To commemorate his bicentenary, we are proud to unveil the TREMBLAGE Gold anniversary edition, a tribute that bridges his 19th-century spirit with the pinnacle of modern artisanal watchmaking.

This exceptional release introduces two limited editions, crafted in 750/000 rose gold and 950 platinum, with each variant strictly limited to just eight pieces worldwide. The soul of these timepieces lies in the solid rose gold dial, which has been meticulously hand-engraved using the rare "tremblage" technique. This traditional method involves a master engraver using a specialized burin to create a multi-directional, finely textured matte surface, resulting in a mesmerizing play of light that serves as a backdrop for the raised, hand-polished numerals.

The movement powering these anniversary models is the exquisitely finished Calibre 100.1 manual-winding movement. In a direct nod to the founder's legacy, the balance cock features a unique hand-engraved "1826," marking the year of Grossmann’s birth. Encased in 18K rose gold, this limited-edition watch features a sculptural movement architecture that plays with tone and texture. A brown guilloché mainplate, rose gold-colored bridges, and a floating off-centre sapphire dial create a refined and coherent composition. At the heart of the timepiece is the Caliber ASB19, Armin Strom’s groundbreaking automatic movement. Armin Strom Unveils the Mirrored Force Resonance Ice Blue – A Tribute to Precision and Craftsmanship

Armin Strom proudly presents the Mirrored Force Resonance Ice Blue, a limited edition timepiece that exemplifies the brand’s dedication to horological innovation and artisanal excellence. With only 15 pieces available worldwide, this release marks a bold evolution in the art of synchronized timekeeping.

The watch features a striking ice blue sunray guilloché dial, crafted using a traditional hand-operated rose engine lathe. Its off-center layout and radiant finish create a captivating play of light beneath the sapphire crystal, while beveled and polished indexes and hands add depth and movement to the design.

At the core of this timepiece is the manually wound Caliber ARF21, a technical breakthrough in resonance watchmaking. Armin Strom’s patented clutch system connects two balance wheels, allowing them to oscillate in opposite directions and synchronize for enhanced precision and stability. Twin seconds counters provide a visual representation of this resonance effect, and a pusher at 2 o’clock resets the counters, offering a clear demonstration of the mechanism’s accuracy.

Perpetual Moon 41.5 Red Gold “Year of the Snake” - A charming snake

According to the traditional Chinese calendar, 2025 is the Year of the Wooden Snake and will be ruled by the words perspicacity, intelligence and prudence. In its honour, Arnold & Son is creating Perpetual Moon 41.5 “Year of the Snake”: a series of eight timepieces in red gold. Combining a manufacture calibre with a large astronomical moon – one of its specialities – with an aventurine glass dial base – one of its signatures – and a wealth of delicately worked artistic crafts – one of its recurring themes – Arnold & Son presents a masterful interpretation of the Year of the Snake.

The Year of the Wooden Snake starts on 29 January 2025. Under this element, the reptile foretells transformation and a need for self-improvement, combined with energy and introspection. The case of the Nebula collection has been redesigned, modernised and refined. Arnold & Son unveils the final chapter of its Constant Force 11 collection with the Constant Force Tourbillon 11 Platinum Edition, a limited series of just 11 pieces. This exceptional timepiece celebrates 260 years of horological heritage, paying homage to the legendary friendship between John Arnold and Abraham-Louis Breguet.

Crafted in platinum (Pt950), the 41.5 mm case houses a dial of hand-guilloché tremblé engraving in 18K yellow gold, inspired by the fern-covered moors of Tintagel, Cornwall—Arnold’s birthplace and the mythical land of King Arthur. The white opal subdial and visible constant force mechanism add depth and elegance.

Powered by the A&S5219 manual winding calibre, the watch features a constant force mechanism, one-minute tourbillon, and true-beat seconds. The engraved plate reads: "To the revered memory of John Arnold and Abraham-Louis Breguet. Friends in their time, legendary watchmakers always."
