This fully skeletonised masterpiece reveals the depths of its mechanics, paying tribute to Mr. Armin Strom’s pioneering artistry in skeletonisation—a craft at the heart of the brand’s philosophy and heritage.

For the first time, the in-house calibre appears in a solid 18K rose gold case, enriching the collection with a warmer character. Rose gold-coloured finger bridges, hands, and applied indexes mirror the tone of the case, while a sleek black textile strap provides a refined modern contrast. Measuring 41 mm in diameter, the case remains compact and ergonomic, while its skeletonised architecture gives the watch a distinctive presence—a harmonious balance of technical craftsmanship and precious metal elegance.

Seven Days of Precision
At its heart lies the hand-wound Calibre ARM21-S, a reinterpretation of Armin Strom’s first in-house calibre. Two mainspring barrels work in series to deliver a steady flow of energy for seven days, wound by two ratchet wheels visible on the dial side—a distinctive Armin Strom signature. Operating at 3.5 Hz, the calibre ensures consistent precision and stability in daily wear.

Inspired by historical pocket watches, the conical power reserve mechanism is complemented by a 3D power reserve indicator, displaying remaining energy with exceptional clarity. Central hours and minutes keep the display symmetrical, while a skeletonised small seconds at 9 o’clock adds an engaging sense of motion.

Every component of the Calibre ARM21-S is decorated by hand, reflecting Armin Strom’s dedication to traditional craftsmanship. Hand-polished bevels, Geneva stripes, circular graining, and finely finished screw sinks demonstrate uncompromising attention to detail. Rendered for the first time in a 39 mm 18K rose‑gold case, the timepiece introduces a warm and elegant reinterpretation of the brand’s technically driven design language. Limited to 50 pieces worldwide, this edition pairs the Maison’s signature resonance innovation with a rich new aesthetic personality, blending contemporary elegance with mechanical sophistication.

A New Expression of Design & Craftsmanship
The new Rose Gold edition distinguishes itself through its interplay of warm tones and finely executed textures. The 18K rose‑gold case forms a glowing frame around the black‑gold grenage dial, a surface enriched by depth, contrast, and granular refinement. The dial’s twin layouts—each dedicated to one time zone—are clearly defined by black azurage chapter rings, ensuring intuitive reading while maintaining the balanced symmetry that defines the Resonance line. The rose‑gold‑coloured, faceted and polished hands, together with matching applied indexes, elevate the aesthetic with a luxurious brightness. At six o’clock on each sub‑dial, polished and blackened steel sun-and-moon day/night discs add functional clarity and a poetic visual touch. Completing the ensemble is a matte anthracite alligator strap accented with grey stitching and secured with a matching 18K rose‑gold pin buckle, creating a cohesive, modern, and refined profile.

At the heart of the watch lies Armin Strom’s hand‑wound, in‑house Calibre ARF22, a movement defined by the brand’s patented resonance clutch system. This mechanism couples two independent balance wheels and allows them to synchronise through resonance, a natural physical phenomenon that enhances chronometric stability. What might otherwise remain a theoretical curiosity is transformed into a practical complication: each regulating organ governs its own time display, enabling two entirely independent time zones. Each dial also features a corresponding day/night indicator, making the watch particularly intuitive for world travellers. Operating at 3.5 Hz (25,200 vph) and offering a 42‑hour power reserve, the ARF22 movement brings a dynamic, kinetic quality to the dial, where the twin oscillators interact in real time. The aesthetic presentation of the movement reflects haute horlogerie values, with meticulous hand‑polished bevels, black‑polished steel components, circular graining, perlage, and Côtes de Genève on full display through sapphire crystals on both sides. For the first time, Armin Strom’s signature case is crafted from 18K rose gold, offering a warm and luxurious aesthetic. The 43 mm case features alternating brushed and polished finishes, enhancing its sculptural presence. Beneath the sapphire crystal, a bold black off-centre dial showcases a handcrafted sunray guilloché pattern, created using a traditional rose engine lathe. A chapter ring with circular finishing adds depth and texture, while a dark grey Alcantara strap completes the refined look.

Resonance Engineered for Performance

At the heart of this timepiece lies the Caliber ARF21, a manually wound movement that exemplifies Armin Strom’s pioneering work in resonance watchmaking. The patented Resonance Clutch Spring synchronizes two independent balance wheels, enhancing precision and chronometric stability.
